If you have ever been to the Northlake Bambinelli’s location, chances are you were greeted by Bonnie. Since 1980 Bonnie has shared her passion for Family Italian Cuisine, homemade sauces, secret family recipes and a good old fashioned Italian welcome. Bonnie is truly the staple of Bambinelli’s and is the reason for the long standing success. Bonnie loves to share her passion for food and she takes pride in making your experience something worth talking about. It is obvious by the entrance to Bambinelli’s that Bonnie also loves to share photos of family and customers that she now calls friends.

Joey Bambinelli currently serves as Owner of the Lilburn and Roswell locations and Director of Operations for all Bambinelli’s locations. He began his career at an early age, bussing tables as a teenager. Before long, Joey discovered his passion in the kitchen preparing family recipes. In 2000 Joey was named as the Executive Chef and in 2005 he opened the Lilburn location. ServSafe Certified in 2010, Joey continues to take pride in his family’s homemade sauces which he prepares daily starting at 5 a.m.

Joe Lang started with Bambinelli’s in 2006 just after the opening of our Lilburn location. Joe joined our team with a strong work ethic and took every opportunity to learn more about the restaurant business, working as a dishwasher, delivery driver, event caterer, server, and cook. In 2014 Joe joined our leadership team as an Assistant Manager and then in 2017 became General Manager at Bambinelli’s Northlake. He has a passion for pairing genuine hospitality with great food, and believes in making every meal at Bambinelli’s a memorable occasion.
Shelby Rowland came to Bambinelli’s in 2015 as a part-time Host. She always brings a positive attitude to work and is eager to go above and beyond for every guest. Reliable, hardworking, and easy to get along with, Shelby quickly became head cashier and was also an excellent Server before being promoted to Assistant Manager at Northlake in 2017.
Danielle began working at Bambinelli’s as a delivery driver in January of 2016. Her strong work ethic paid off as she trained and cross-trained in other positions thus earning her spot as an assistant manager by June of 2016. Her love and passion of helping people and making them happy makes her a good asset to our team. She is always willing to put in the extra effort, so Danielle was named General Manager of the Lilburn location in 2016.
Savannah started her career at Bambinelli’s in May of 2013 as a dishwasher. As her first job, she was eager to learn and motivated to learn everything she could. She then became a server shortly after. She took every opportunity to learn more and more about serving and what it took to become manager. Showing determination over the years, in 2017, her hard work paid off and she received the title of Assistant Manager of the Roswell location.
Lisa Galanski started with Bambinelli’s in the summer of 2017 to help open the Roswell location. Lisa has over fifteen years’ experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. She has worked everywhere from casual dining, diners, fine dining, and most recently before Bambinelli’s, in the HR and Accounting department of Resurgens Hospitality Group in Buckhead. She is very passionate about providing a friendly warm environment for the guests and her employees at Bambinelli’s. In her free time she is enjoys cooking new foods, is an avid reader, and loves spending time with her Jack Russell Terrier, Miss Lira Puppy
